  • Why phone is always unreachable?
    Unfortunately, we are often unavailable during customer service. We often work with color products, we cannot interrupt the treatment, If you have any questions, please send us an email: info@atelier-t-berlin.com * We close on Sundays and Mondays . If you send us an e-mail at the weekend, you will not receive a response from us until Tuesday . Thank you for your understanding.
  • Do you do a children's haircut? What does this cost?
    Yes, as long as your child can sit quietly while choosing the haircut. Our professional scissors are very sharp. If your child moves, they could injure themselves with the scissors. We can also hurt ourselves, If your child moves a lot, we will stop cutting. Please understand. Prices for children's haircuts are based on time and effort, not age.
  • Can I pay by your card?
    Yes, you have diese payment options: EC card Visa/Master/American Express/Maestro Contactless payments (Apple Pay/Googlepay etc.) bar online in advance
  • Haircut was too long than I requested. Can you improve it?
    If there is a deficiency in our treatment, We will improve it if you register within 7 days of the treatment .
  • I can't find a free appointment. How can I book?
    Weekdays after 5 p.m. and Saturdays in particular are booked out early. We recommend that you book 2 weeks in advance if you want to book an appointment at a specific time (especially booking for color treatment) We also have a waiting list. Please put yourself on the waiting list if you cannot find a free appointment. We will get in touch with you.
  • Why do you have to pay a deposit in advance? I do not have a credit card.
    Unfortunately, we have more and more No-shows or cancel their appointments at the last minute. We are a hair salon by appointment only, No-shows/short-term cancellations are big losses for us. It was a not easy decision, but we ask our customers to pay 80% of the color treatment price upfront when they schedule an appointment.   • I booked an appointment online but didn't receive a confirmation email.
    After booking you will receive a confirmation email from us. If the email doesn't end up in the spam box, please ask us.
  • I'm not sure my hair S? M? L? is?
    No problem. then please select (M) first. The price varies depending on the time and materials required. We can see your hair on site and advise you of the price.
  • Until when can I cancel or change my booking?
    The booking can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. If less than 24 hours or if you do not show up without informing us, we will charge you 100% of the price. We will send a reminder email in addition to the booking confirmation 3 days before the booking date. Please also check your spam inbox. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further information.
  • Which products do you use?
    We work with Hair coulor : COLOR.ME by KEVIN.MURPHY from Australia. Ammonia/PPD (free PETA certified (= cruelty-free)
